Privacy Policy

Tucasa is a content production and social media management platform for food & beverage brands, operated by Tucasa Studios (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what data we collect through the Tucasa app at app.tucasastudios.com, how we use it, and how you can have it deleted.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and role within your team, used to sign you in and control what you can access.
- Client workspace content: content ideas, shoot plans, media, captions, comments, and scheduling data your team creates in the app.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect an Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube account, we receive basic profile information (such as your account id and display name) from that platform. When account connections launch fully, we will also store the access tokens needed to publish content and read performance insights on your behalf; tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties.
How we use platform data
Data received from Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, and Google (YouTube) is used solely to provide the features you request: connecting your accounts, publishing content you approve, and showing you analytics about your own posts. We do not sell platform data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside your workspace.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your workspace is active. If you disconnect a social account, its tokens are revoked and deleted. If your workspace is closed, its content is deleted within 90 days.
Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@tucasastudios.com. If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also trigger deletion from your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites); Meta then notifies us automatically and we delete everything associated with your account. Each deletion request receives a confirmation code, and you can check its status at any time at app.tucasastudios.com/data-deletion/<your-code>.
