These terms govern your use of the Tucasa platform at app.tucasastudios.com. By using the platform you agree to them.

The service

Tucasa provides content planning, production, and social media management tools for food & beverage brands. The platform is operated by Tucasa Studios; access is provided to teams under a service agreement with Tucasa Studios.

Your accounts and content

• You are responsible for the content your team creates and publishes through the platform, and for having the rights to any media you upload.
• When you connect a social media account (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), you authorize us to act on that account only as you direct — publishing content you approve and reading analytics for your own posts. You can disconnect an account at any time.
• Your use of connected platforms remains subject to those platforms’ own terms (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Terms of Service, YouTube Terms of Service).

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to publish unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to access data belonging to other workspaces.

Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, including how to request deletion.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to your team. Either party may end the service under the applicable service agreement, after which your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
